  3. First release of STATS program.  Designed to be a smaller, easier to use
  4. utility that did not need any config files to run.

  8. Gave the program the ability to be run from any where on the hard drive. 
  9. It will now search thru the PATH to find the STATUS.DAT file and then
  10. get all of its info from there.
  11. Also changed the ASCII bulletin to eliminate the IBM Graphic characters.

  15. Fixed bulletins to not display Totals for Average Time per User and Average
  16. Time active per day.  That seemed logical.

  20. Got rid of unneeded pause at end of screen that Tag would generate due to the
